Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition (if it’s a physical piece).

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and reviewed.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including:

• Custom commissions or personalized artwork that has been completed and approved.

However, if there is an issue with the final product (for example, damage during delivery or major errors), please contact me immediately — I’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Delivery via PostNet/DHL

Delivery times may vary based on your region and the selected courier:

• Local Deliveries (within [your country]): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

• International Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on customs and courier handling times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
